About Gordon The Great😍
Hear ye, hear ye! Gather close and lend thine ears, for I shall speak of a noble beast most wondrous:
Gordon The Great, Commander of Cuddles!!
In the realm of hearth and home dwelleth Gordon The Great, a rotund and regal feline of the tuxedoed persuasion. With fur black as the raven’s wing and white as the moon’s own smile, he strideth forth with a waddle most majestic and a purr that could calm even the hardest warrior.
O, what temperament he possesseth! Soft of heart and stout of belly. He reigneth o’er cushions and couches alike, bestowing cuddles with generous paw and sovereign snuggle. With each blink slow and wise, he doth whisper: “Peace, weary traveller. Come, let us loaf together.”
Gordon The Great has Feline Immunodeficiency Virus but don’t let that stop you for a second!! He must be an indoor only gentleman, to protect his weaker immune system. He can live happily with other indoor only cats and even is happy with a gentle dog!! Cats with FIV can and do live long and healthy lives when kept indoors. Regular check ups at the vet are important (just like you would with any cat or kitten).
Gordon has suspected arthritis in his back legs which is currently undergoing a 4 week treatment plan to see if it improves.
Let it be known throughout the land: Gordon the Great is not merely a cat: nay, he is a legend in whiskers, a cuddly commander, and the soft-pawed squire of serenity!
Long may he loaf!

Adoption details
When someone contacts us to apply for an animal we will send an application form to be completed. When we receive a completed application form we will share this with the foster carer to approve the applicant.
We will then organise a meet & greet with the applicant and the foster carer to meet the animal, learn about their routine, behaviours and what they eat, drink, etc.
After the meet & greet the applicant is contacted to see if they want to proceed with the application and the foster carer approves the applicant.
We will then complete paperwork, payment, and organise a time to have the animal picked up.
Animals are then adopted on a 2 week trial, during which we stay in touch and provide support for the new adopter.
Once adopted we will send through vet records & paperwork and transfer their microchip.
We offer communication and support throughout the fostering & adoption process.
