Magpie may have had a rough start to life, but he’s certainly making up for it now. This playful and affectionate boy has embraced the finer things – a safe, cosy home, full bowls of food and foster carers who treat him with kindness.

He may take a little while to settle in to your home, but once he does, Magpie is a delightful addition. With boundless energy and a vivid imagination, Magpie loves racing around the house, chasing toys or his invisible friend, and leaping dramatically onto furniture. But it will be a slow burn at first.

Magpie was once someone’s cat however he was cruely abandoned and had to survive on his own for some time. It was hard on this boy, and it’s not an experience he can easily forgot. So he will need some patience from you to help him adjust.

When he’s not busy being a goofball, Magpie enjoys watching birds from the windowsill or back door. He’s a one-pet kind of guy and isn’t too keen on sharing his space with other cats…or dogs.

This handsome boy is incredibly affectionate. He’ll follow you from room to room, wrap himself around your legs, or flop onto the floor in front of you, belly up and ready for rubs.

However, Magpie is not suitable for homes with unsteady feet – he can be a bit of a tripping hazard at times. This boy also tends to get carried away during play and affection, so he's best suited to a home without young children.

Magpie is beautifully groomed, uses his litter box perfectly, isn’t a fussy eater, and waits patiently for breakfast – no 5am wake-up calls here. At night, he’ll curl up beside you for a peaceful sleep.

Magpie is ready to find a forever home where he can be adored for the quirky, loving companion he is.
