TWO BERRIES LOOKING TO FIND THEIR BUNCH!
Meet the sweetest pair of berries, two best friends with a tight bond who are ready to find their forever family. These two will follow each other around everywhere and love a zoomie chase around the yard or tug of war together. Ideally the berries need either 1 big walk or 2 medium walks a day, as they live for going outside for a sniff and a stroll. (If you want pure joy - seeing their reaction when getting out their leashes will do that for you).
The berries are slightly older, so whilst they do have bursts of energy they are also two snoozeheads who most of the time will curl up next to you during the day or night.
They most definitely love being around their humans, and have gotten used to being in a foster home with someone who works from home. However we are sure the berries can keep each other company if you're out of the house. They are also completely toilet trained, so if you provide access to outside they can easily toilet themselves. Both are good on leash and don't pull. They are not bothered by noisy streets and travel well in the car. They are generally fine around other dogs of all sizes.
Whilst they come as Bonded pair they both have very different personalities, so you get the best of both worlds!
RASPBERRY (7yo female) is a sweet gentle soul who loves her people and food; lying on the floor where it isn't always convenient; and putting on a show of her roaching on the couch (tongue out and all). Her elf-like face and wonky ear will easily steal your heart.
BLACKBERRY (6yo male) will be your shadow wherever you go. This boy lives and breathes for your pats and scritches, and loves to be near your side whenever he also isn't lying horizontal. Blackberry also has a super playful side and a toy in his vicinity is sure to get him excited.
These two best buddies would be a lovely addition to your home - the berries have stolen our hearts and are sure to steal yours.
R2R NOTE: Blackberry and Rasberry were taken in from a Pound by R2R. They had been found as strays in Melbourne with no collars, but through their microchips we know they have been pets together for at least 3 years. In foster their close bond is very apparent. Both are on the smaller side for greyhounds – so you won't even notice that you have adopted two! 🐾💜💜🐾
[Note: Under Victorian Law greyhounds must be on-leash at all times in public areas, including in off-leash parks or ovals]
