About Fionn
Please only apply for this greyhound if you have:
- time for a dog that enjoys good walks
- a small yard
* May suit full-time workers or inner-city greyhound socialites!
Meet Fionn the sweet, caramel latte coloured, greyhound with a heart full of love and a goofy streak to match! Not to mentioin a beautiful Irish name!
He is currently living as a solo dog with full-time workers. He’s content to spend time on his own during the day, but his real love language is affection. Expect lots of snuggles, including his signature move: leaning his head between your legs for a proper cuddle.
Fionn is a handsome, affectionate boy who’s never met a squeaky toy he didn’t love. He adores playtime, Licky mats filled with Greek yoghurt, and going on adventures, whether that’s a long walk or a ride in the car where he can snooze happily in the back. He’s happy with two good walks a day (around 30 minutes or more), and he’s always up for a bit of extra exploring when he can.
While Fionn is working on being calm around excitable dogs, he’s making great progress with the help of his foster parents. He enjoys attending greyhound social meet-ups and is more than happy to chill at a café or pub, especially if there are snacks involved!
This lanky lad loves a good zoomie and to throw his toys around whilst playing, so a home without small children would be best. Fionn would thrive as the only dog or with another greyhound companion, but he’s not suited to a home with cats. At night, Fionn sleeps peacefully and of course he loves curling up beside your bed.
Fionn is a beautiful soul with so much love to give and is now ready to find his perfect forever family. Could that be you?
[Note: Under Victorian Law greyhounds must be on-leash at all times in public areas, including in off-leash parks or ovals]
