About Tripp
Meet Tripp, an adorable 9-week-old male Tabby Domestic Short Hair kitten with a brave heart.
Tripp had a rough start, unfortunately he had been suffering with an open fracture in his back leg for 2 weeks before he was rescued. Due to the break and time since his injury the best option for him was amputation. Tripp is now revelling in the joy of being pain-free. His resilience and adaptability have not only allowed him to overcome this challenge but have also made him tougher, turning his bravery into a charming trait.
Tripp is a delightful blend of sweetness and affection, and he loves playing with his three sisters. Though he is slightly more reserved than his lively siblings, his personality shines through in his gentle and loving interactions. His playfulness is infectious, and it’s heartwarming to watch him dash around with a newfound zest for life. Tripp brings joy wherever he goes, and his courage is truly inspiring—showing the world that nothing can keep a spirited kitten down.
Tripp would be a wonderful addition to a family looking for a sweet, affectionate, and brave little companion. He’s ready to bring his mix of playfulness and snuggles into a home that will cherish his strong spirit and shower him with love. If you're looking for a kitten who embodies courage and a heart full of love, then Tripp is your guy!
Medical notes
Tripp came into our care at just 8 weeks old with a severe compound fracture of his right tibia and fibula. Due to the nature of the injury, the time that had passed since it occurred, and the high risk of infection, amputation was the best option to ensure his comfort and long-term health. Tripp has recovered beautifully and is now a happy, pain-free kitten who runs, plays, and explores just like any other!
