About Trixie
*In foster care in Alexandria, Sydney*
Trixie is the kind of kitten who’ll steal your heart, your lap, and possibly your shoulder—all before you’ve had your morning coffee. This little tabby stunner has hypnotic green eyes, a plush coat of medium-length fur, and a purr that kicks in the second she spots a human. She’s not just cuddly—she’s a professional-grade snuggler. Laptop on your desk? She’s on your lap. Doing housework? She’ll be in a baby wrap, along for the ride like the velcro kitten she is.
Between naps, Trixie has that classic kitten zest for life—zoomies, acrobatics, sneak attacks on spring toys, and ambitious solo games of soccer with anything that rolls. She’s curious about everything, confident without being bossy, and adores tumbling around with her foster brothers. She’s even shown her gentle side with a visiting baby, sitting patiently through all the pokes and prods like an absolute champion.
Like all Maggie’s pets, Trixie is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: I’m looking for a home with a human who’s up for lots of cuddles and is home often—or another friendly feline to keep me company when you’re not around.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a classic kitten—plenty of play, plenty of sleep, and always ready to pounce on anything that moves!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I’ve been sweet and patient with a baby, so I’d be fine with gentle kids who understand kitten boundaries.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I get along well with other cats! I haven’t met any dogs yet, so slow introductions would be best if there’s a pup in the house.

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
