About Loki
Meet Loki, a handsome short-haired Border Collie mix with a cheeky grin and a sleek black and white coat. On his first birthday, he weighed 21 kgs.
Mixed with what, we hear you say? We don't know anything about his parents. He looks very BC to us, so we add "mix" to the breed description because we simply don't know.
Born on June 3, 2024, Loki is a delightful combination of intelligence and devotion. His energy and athleticism make him an ideal companion for an active family, couple or individual.
Loki embodies all the best traits of the Border Collie breed. He is not only super intelligent but he's eager to please, making training sessions a pleasant experience for both dog and human. He already walks nicely on a leash.
With a need for daily exercise and mental stimulation, Loki will flourish in an environment where he can play backyard games like catch and frisbee or perhaps dive into the dam or the ocean for a swim. He would excel at coursing and agility - any activity that makes his paws hit the ground and his active brain tick over.
He has thrived in the company of the many dogs in his foster home. If formally introduced, there's not a dog he doesn't love.
As far as humans are concerned, he warms up quickly and is happy to show his delightfully affectionate temperament. Wherever you go, Loki will be by your side, ready to offer you his loyal and loving canine companionship.
He's untested with cats and chooks.
As always, secure fencing is essential.
Prior BC experience will be highly regarded.
