Hi, I’m Gretel I came into rescue with my three siblings, and from day one, I’ve been confident, outgoing, and always up for a cuddle.
Out of the bunch, I’m definitely the busy one — always on the move, checking out every corner, exploring every nook, and keeping an eye on what everyone’s doing. I’ve got places to be and things to sniff!
Right now, I’m in foster care with some adult cats (I do my best not to bug them too much!) and I’ve met a couple of dogs too. I seem pretty okay with them, but since I’m still a little guy, any doggy intros should be slow and supervised.
Like any classic kitten, I’m full of energy, curiosity, and just the right amount of mischief. I love chasing toys, climbing things I probably shouldn’t, and yes… I’m still working on that “no cats on the table” rule (I mean, who made that one up anyway?).
My foster mum says I’d make a wonderful addition to a loving home — especially one that has the time to keep up with me, shower me with cuddles, and let me be part of the action.

Adoption Process
Once you have decided you would like to meet or apply for one of our pets, we email out our Adoption Application. We ask that the Adoption Process be read and if comfortable with how we adopt, complete the application and email it back for processing. This takes approximately 5-7 days. If approved the pet will come for a 6 week trial for cats and 3 week trial for dogs . We believe it takes that long for a pet to settle. If all goes well during the trial and you wish to finalise the adoption we email all vet certificates and change of microchip forms. We believe in matching the right pet with the right home so your application does not guarantee an approval.
