The most friendly and loveable cat you'll ever meet, Lumi is obsessed with people and would follow devotedly at your heels all day if she got the chance!
There's literally nothing she enjoys more than human company. Get ready for a cuddly bed buddy at night (or sofa buddy if arvo naps are your thing), and constant kisses showing you how much she loves you. She adores it when you kiss her back!
And if you're a gamer, watch out - she'll do anything to get you to put the controller down! Expect loads of head bumps and four-footed massages until you switch your attention to her instead.
Lumi might have occasional RBF, but that's just how torbies (tortie/tabbies) look sometimes :) She's an absolute sweetheart in every way and she can't wait to steal your heart!
Like all Maggie's pets, Lumi is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: As an outgoing and curious girl, I'd love a home with humans who'll spend heaps of time with me and who appreciate hands-on affection! I'm not needy as such - I can definitely entertain myself while you're out at work - but I live for our special moments together when you get home. Gotta say though, if you're retired or spend some days working from home, that would be my idea of heaven!
My foster mum has been taking me outside on a leash, which has been so much fun - so I'd love it if we could we keep that up as well! I do love a good sniff around the garden.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I tend to match my activity to my household - so if there's lots going on, I get into the party spirit, and when it's calm I take the chance to relax (ideally right by your side!). That being said, the zoomies often hit of an evening and that's when I like to find a favourite toy for a bit of a wrestle too.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Though I've not spent time with children, I think I might enjoy family life!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Ditto above! Other pets are a mystery to me, but my personality seems well-suited to having furry friends :)

We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
