NOTE: You are unable to meet Winston until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Winston in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family not left alone outside 24/7 with no interaction.
• I have previously lived with another dog and would like to go to a home with a female doggo but I can be pretty full on in play so a doggie that is just as playful is a MUST or I would be happy to be an only dog if I'm allowed inside and made part of the family.
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent)
• Lots of toys and mental stimulation
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Lots of love and attention
• Cats, I can be very excitable and may chase them.

My best features:
• Wiggle butt
• Highly food motivated
• I can sit and shake hands
• I have had some basic obedience training and am a generally well-mannered dog
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• I walk well on lead
• Exuberant & full of beans

Where I need to improve / Training required
• If I go to a home without another dog leaving me with bones/ kongs ect will keep me occupied until you come home.
• I walk well on lead, unless I want to go in another direction, then I tend to pull harder. A harness and training help with this.
