About Zen
Zen is a one and a half year old male red merle Border Collie, he is a smart handsome fellow who wants to be your shadow.
Zen loves cuddles, one is never enough, and he loves a game of tug. He is eager to go on the family bike rides each morning and visit the farmers market. He also enjoys learning new things and playing with his doggy mates. Car rides are great adventures and he waits like a gentlemen if you have to make a quick stop.
He is crate trained, house trained, knows his basic training and walks well on a lead. When you do a good job he likes to shake your hand. Zen's new family will need to continue to work with him to help in building his confidence.
Zen is best suited to a family with older children as the little ones are a bit overwhelming. He hasn't met any cats however has shown no interest in chasing chickens or wallabies and he is great with other dogs.
Zen is looking for an experienced home that can continue his training and stretch his mind.

To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
