This gorgeous little guy has settled into foster life like a pro and is ready to leap into the arms of his forever family. Russell is a typical young Jack Russell—full of energy, curiosity, and cheeky charm. He loves to play, so having another young dog in the home to run and wrestle with would make his tail wag with joy!
Russell is:
✅ Great with kids over 6
✅ Walks beautifully on lead
✅ Obsessed with car rides
✅ Social and affectionate with people
✅ Super switched-on and responds well to commands
He’s not a big barker and hasn't shown any signs of trying to escape the yard, though he's mostly had someone home with him—which is exactly what he’d love long term! A home where someone is around a lot (or where he can tag along on adventures) would be ideal.
He knows where his food goes and isn’t fussy about what’s on the menu—but he does prefer to eat without any competition.

Meet the animal and chat to the foster carer to make sure this animal is the right one for you, your home, family and circumstances.
We recommend you have a chat as a family and a think, make sure everyone is on board and happy with the choice to add the animal to your family.
Contact the team to advise your decision either way....if this one isn't the right fit we will work with you to try and find the best match.
If this is the one, we can start the adoption process. Complete the application to adopt and promptly return the application. A home/yard check may be required by one of our team members, if this is not possible photos showing fenced and undercover areas will be required. Once application is approved, you will be invoiced. Pay the adoption fees via electronic transfer, send proof of payment to admin.
We will advise the you and foster carer the animal is clear to leave and you can arrange collection of your newest family member.
*We do have a "cooling off" period please see these terms on adoption application form.
Please note; We do offer interstate adoptions where suitable for the animal in care. All transport costs are at the adopters expense. However we will, where possible, assist with airport transfers. In liu of a meet and greet interstate adopters must have a phone interview/conversation with the foster carer. Yard/Home photos will be required with all interstate applications.
