Cathay is finding the shelter life quite stressful. Bouncing around from being an outside kitten to a foster home and then back to the shelter, Cathay has never had a stable home- one to call her own. Loud noises, fast movements, and unfamiliar faces have been overwhelming to her, but with time, patience and endless love Cathay is already starting to peek out from behind the fear.
