About Bean
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Hi, I'm Bean but unlike Mr Bean, I am a very chatty man. I am a very confident little fella and I like to sit with you to keep warm on these chilly winter days. On the couch or on the bed, I will be there by your side. I am very interested in food so will always remind you when dinner is approaching and I love to chew on a chicken wing tip, which is good for my teeth. I get on well with the other cats I am in care with and also don't mind the dog either. I just fit into the household real easy. I like to play - chasing balls, the laser pen dot or dangly toys. I am also partial to a bit of TV if it's something I am interested in.
My Ideal Home:
I would make a great family pet as not much fazes me - except maybe the vacuum but all cats hate that don't they? I think my main requirement is that I'm not left alone too much because I am a social boy.
What is Known About My Background:
Unfortunately nothing is known about where I came from but I arrived into care healthy.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
I get on great with other cats and the dog too. I haven't been tested with children under teenage years but I think I would be absolutely fine.

Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
