About Flicker
🔥 Meet Flicker - Your Moody Little House Panther 🔥
About Flicker:
Flicker is seven years young and fully committed to his role as the mysterious yet lovable black cat in your life. He's basically the feline version of that one sarcastic friend who complains about everything but secretly loves you.
He has strong opinions about when he wants attention (usually at 3 a.m.) and where he should sit (your laptop, obviously). His favorite hobbies include supervising your bathroom breaks, knocking things off tables just because, and judging you silently from across the room.
Don't be fooled by his brooding eyes-Flicker has a soft side. When he trusts you, he becomes a cuddle monster... on his terms. He may not always ask for love, but he definitely expects it. Especially during snack time.
Perfect Home:
Flicker is looking for a human with a sense of humor, a stocked treat jar, and an appreciation for sarcastic companionship. He would be perfect in a multi-cat home!!
Special Skills:
Window surveillance expert
Dramatic flopping
Perfected the slow blink of approval
Can hear a treat bag open from three rooms away

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
