Maple is a kitten full of personality. She is incredibly independent, but not aloof. She'll happily do her own thing-especially chasing toys, scaling the furniture, or exploring new corners of the house-but if she finds herself alone? She'll start meowing for you until someone comes to keep her company. Maple is also vocal in the most endearing way, letting you know exactly how she feels about everything. Loud noises? Nope. Sudden movements? Not a fan. But a new room to explore? She's there in a heartbeat, ahead of the pack.

Maple LOVES to play and loves anything she can chase-balls, feathers, shadows, her siblings' tails, your toes under the blanket-you name it. Maple has a hilarious habit of carrying her favorite toys around and stashing them in secret spots, as if she's hiding treasure for later. Then, just like that, she'll collapse in a happy kitten pile on the couch, often snuggled up with her siblings or buried in the coziest corner she can find.

Maple loves the children in her foster home and would settle in great with children who are respectful and playful. Maple would also do well with a feline companion. She hasn't lived with dogs, however given her happy and independent nature, with slow introductions she would likely settle in with a canine sibling in no time.
