Meet Feijoa, a spritely young lady ready to take on her next adventures. Feijoa is a happy go lucky pup with no filters, she loves all dogs big and small, even when the other dog doesn't want to play, she just licks their face and gives them kisses. Feijoa is very submissive when it comes to play so there is no way she will get herself into trouble. She will lay on her back as soon as she hears a warning growl. She enjoys a good romp around the backyard and will play with anybody willing to play with her.

She is smart and responsive, a simple 'come' no matter where you are in the house, and Feijoa will be right next to you in a split second. She is grass trained and will use the doggy door. She is happy to sleep on a doggy bed in the same room as the humans. Feijoa must have had an owner somewhere as she knows her basic commands such as sit, wait, come, no. She loves her pats and cuddles, if you stop, she puts her paw on your shoulder to request for more pats very politely. She doesn't mind her nails getting cut and you can lay her on her back, give her belly rubs and cut her nails at the same time. She is most obliging to anything as long as you are patting her. She doesn't push in with other dogs, nor does she snatch food when given treats.

She has free roam of the house day and night and will take herself out to toilet when necessary. She also self-entertains herself during the day and likes to hang out in the backyard when it is nice and sunny. Her fosterers currently work full time, so she will suit full time workers as long as she has settled into her new environment. Her ideal home will have another dog as a companion however it is not necessary as she loves human company too. She is the ideal dog as she has the obedience and smarts of an Australian Kelpie however, unlike typical Kelpies, I have yet to hear a bark from her!
