Rebar’s story began in the unlikeliest of places—a flooded construction site, half-drowned and clinging to life. Found during the storms and named after the steel bars he was hiding among, this sweet boy has been slowly learning that the world isn’t always so scary.

Rebar is a medium to long-haired kitten with the softest fur and the most soulful eyes. But his beauty is more than fur-deep—he’s a quiet, sensitive soul who just needs time, patience, and gentle love to blossom.

Still shy around people, Rebar is looking for a calm, low-stress home where he can continue to come out of his shell at his own pace. He would thrive in a household with another friendly feline to show him the ropes and help him feel secure.
