Prince is a handsome 3-year-old medium-to-large male Greyhound who has settled into home life wonderfully and is now urgently seeking a foster or furever home.

While he appreciates having his own space to relax, he will never say no to a cuddle on the lounge or bed if invited!

Prince is the perfect mix of affectionate and independent. He enjoys following his people from room to room to see what they’re up to but is equally happy taking himself off for a peaceful nap in his bed when it’s time to unwind.

He is a gentle, loving boy who enjoys affection and being close to his people. Like many young dogs, he is still learning polite greetings and how to manage his excitement when meeting new friends, but he continues to make progress every day.

Prince would love a calm and social Greyhound companion to share his home with and may benefit from the confidence and companionship another Greyhound can provide. He could also thrive as an only dog with owners who are home more often and able to provide him with plenty of company, love and enrichment.

Because of his enthusiasm and zest for life, a home without small children would be the best fit for him.

Out and about, Prince is an absolute dream to walk. He strolls beautifully on lead without pulling and absolutely loves car rides, happily jumping in by himself ready for his next adventure.

Prince is looking for a patient and understanding family who can continue helping him build confidence and settle into the next chapter of his life. In return, he promises unwavering loyalty, plenty of affection, and a lifetime of companionship.
