Bon Bon is an absolute sweetheart with a heart as big as her paws. At around five months old, this gorgeous Lab x Staffy mix is playful, loving, and growing into a truly wonderful dog.

After coming into care underweight, Bon Bon is slowly but steadily gaining weight and confidence. She’s recently been vaccinated and vet checked, and her health is looking great.

💕 Personality

Bon Bon is a cuddle bug. She loves snuggling up with her humans (and her foster doggy brother) and especially enjoys curling up for a nap after a good play session or sunbaking on the deck.

She’s a clever girl who has already learned how to use the doggy door and is doing really well with toilet training — she’s had only the occasional accident and is improving every day.

🐶 Social Skills

Bon Bon gets along beautifully with other dogs, especially her tolerant older Staffy foster brother. She’s playful and loves a good game or a gentle nibble on a friend’s ear. She’s met larger dogs (including Great Danes) and, while initially shy, she warms up quickly and starts to enjoy herself.

She’s also been around a 10-year-old child and was very gentle and well-mannered.

Training

She’s learning fast — she sits and waits for treats with pride and is keen to please. She had her first bath recently and was a total champ about it!

Bon Bon would do best in a home with:
• Another friendly dog for company and playtime
• A family that enjoys snuggles, play, and continuing her positive training
• A secure yard and indoor access, as she loves being close to her humans
