About Pony
Pony: The Beach-Loving, Paddle-Boarding Lab of Your Dreams
If sunshine had four legs, a wagging tail and a partially destroyed toy in her mouth, it would be Pony.
Yes, you read that right: Pony loves paddle boarding. So much so that she'll sit on the board in the shed staring at you with those big puppy dog eyes, begging to go out on the water.
If you’re into paddling, kayaking, or boating, she’ll be your number-one fan (and your adorable co-captain)
If it's not water weather, Pony loves a good walk, a bush trek, doggo play dates, training sessions and puppacinos at the local cafe with friends.
Pony is still in her goofy puppy stage—full of curiosity, with just a dash of chaos. She will thrive with someone who loves that playful energy and knows how to use it for making training fun and rewarding. She can be strong on the lead when a good smell takes over, but it’s nothing a bit of training (and strong arms) can’t handle.
Pony isn’t just about action, though. She’s also a world-class cuddler. She's the kind of dog who wants to be close, always ready to rest her head on your lap after a day of exploring. She bonds deeply and loves generously.
Honestly? It's hard to find fault with Pony. She’s bright, joyful, and full of heart. Her puppy quirks are just part of the charm. All she needs now is someone to show her the world—and maybe let her ride shotgun on the way there.
An active adventurous home with a water loving family who are home a lot and love including their furry family in every day life is what Pony is looking for. She would be happy sharing life with a mature, wise dog who she can learn from or on her own (if her humans are around most the time).
Pony is house trained, she does like frequently trips outside so a doggy door would be ideal.
Indoor stairs are a deal breaker for Pony. She just doesn't understand their existence!
If you’ve got a paddle board, a sense of adventure, and a lot of love to give, Pony is ready to meet you!
