Hi there, I’m Cookie! Sweet by name and sweet by nature!

I’m turning 9 this June, and I’m one half of a gorgeous black and white duo. My sister Chloe is the other half and we have been together since we were pups. We’ve spent the last 8 years in a loving home, and now we’re searching for a new family to spend our golden years with. We’re a bonded pair, so we’re looking for a home where we can stay together: two hearts, one couch!

I’m the more confident one of the two of us - the big sister, if you like! I like to meet new people, explore new spaces, and lead the way when life throws us something unfamiliar. Most importantly, I help Chloe feel safe and brave in new environments. That’s what sisters are for, right? She’s got a cheeky streak once she warms up though, and we balance each other beautifully.

We’ve both lived with children and adore human company. We’re hoping for a calm home with kids aged 12+ who can share in our love for gentle pats and relaxed days. We also get along well with other animals and are basically lovely, easy-going girls.

Our matchmakers go to greyt lengths to match each hound with the right family to make sure everyone's happy, and you'll become part of a wonderful rescue community with lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm treated, and heartworm tested/treated. The adoption fee also includes our New Adopter Kit - collar, leash, muzzle and loads of other goodies to help you get your new hound settled into the family.
