This poor boy was picked up by rangers in a terrible condition, if you scroll down to the other photo you can see he had hardly any fur and his face was bleeding, he would not have lasted much longer on the streets, even in such an awful condition he was happy and full of affection, we don't know who did this to him, and since being with his carers they have nursed him back to health, with lots of love and medication he is a brand new boy, he loves to play.
