About Winston
Meet Winston, an extraordinary pup with an abundance of love and zest for life. Despite the unique challenges he faces, Winston is fun and active, always ready to embark on new adventures. He's in search of a special home that can provide him with the understanding and care he needs.
Though he is both blind and deaf, Winston has no intention of letting that hold him back. His spirit shines, showing that he's more than capable of enjoying a life full of play and adventure. Potential families should have previous dog experience to know how to handle his condition and provide him with the support he deserves.
Winston may require a bit of extra patience and guidance due to his needs, but his loyalty and companionship will make it all worthwhile. If you're ready to open your heart and home to a truly unique and remarkable companion, Winston is eager to meet you.
For families or individuals with experience in caring for dogs like Winston, opportunities to make a significant difference in his life abound.
Winston is looking for a family who understands his needs, but more importantly, he’s looking for a family who appreciates just how unique and special he is. If you’re ready to embark on a rewarding journey with a special pup like Winston, your love and dedication will be repaid many times over.
Medical notes
At his 6-week vet appointment, the vet has confirmed our suspicions. Sweet little Winston has got some vision and hearing issues. This has not slowed him down in any way; however his new family will need to be prepared for a lot more training in helping Winston develop into a well-adjusted dog.
Adoption details
Once an application has been submitted, we require evidence that you own your home or a letter from the real estate allowing a dog. We will then ask for some photos of your yard to ensure the property is suitable for the dog. We will then organize a meet and greet and will need any existing dogs to come for a play date. Once that is all sorted, we will then get you to complete the adoption forms.
