Sami

I'm Sami, and if I could just snuggle up for the rest of my dog days on your lap, that would be amazing! I'm an active little Jack Russell at times and would love playing and going for walks but when all the big exercise is done (I only have little legs) I am so down for a lap nap. I'd love someone who can spend lots and lots of time with me as I get kind of lonely and since I'm only five months old.

I'm not exactly sure about how the world works and get a little woofy at things and love a chat with the neighbour's dog. But I am fantastic at hopping up into your bed and lying very still and quietly the whole night through. Once I'm in bed, I am good to go, not another sound or movement. AND I'm very polite, I am happy to snuggle up next to you on the pillow or at the foot of the bed, so long as you're near me.

I can be a little shy at first, crouching and hiding and get a little shaky and scared, but I promise it takes me about thirty seconds to love you to bits. Especially if there's cuddles.

Kids are super fun, a little bit overwhelming but I never growl or bite, not even playing.
Other dogs? Yes! I love other dogs. My foster mum has two massive dogs and they are fun to chase and stand on, and good to snuggle between. Sometimes I hide, but sometimes I trick them and jump out and they chase me or I chase them. I growled a couple times and they looked at me and laughed. I stole one's bed and he barked until mum came out and said 'Oi trickster - out.'

Foster mum has made me spend a lot more time outside playing when it's sunny and nice, says I need to 'learn to dog', whatever that means since I'm a puppy. But every night or when it's pretty chilly, inside I go and I have a couple of jackets I like too. Foster mum wipes my feet and I'm super compliant, I flip onto my back and wipe wipe wipe she goes if I play in the mud.

I respond well to my name and I'm very obedient overall. I like to use the outside toilet, inside is not for that. I learned that early.
