Are you in the market for a tall, dark, and paws-itively handsome gentleman with a heart of gold? Look no further – Mudlark is your man! At 2 years old, this Labrador cross is basically a walking hug with legs for days.

Mudlark is what we call a "delightfully quirky" fella. He’s got the stride of a supermodel and the soul of a teddy bear. He’s not one of those jump-on-everything types – he’s way too classy for that – but don’t be fooled by his long limbs; he’s got a dance move or two, especially when his plush toys are involved. (Seriously, he throws them in the air like he's auditioning for the Cirque du Paw-leil.)

Perfect for a family with kids, Mudlark is the gentle giant you've been dreaming of. He adores young humans, and his idea of a good time is joining in on family adventures, playing backyard games, and being the ultimate sidekick to your little ones.

He’s super social with other dogs and very gentle when he plays. However, he had a rough start and was protective of his food around other dogs when he first came into foster care – totally understandable when you've been underfed. He’s doing much better now, but would thrive as the only dog in the home or with a family committed to helping him learn that the food bowl is always full and love is never in short supply.
