This sweet tabby boy thrives on companionship. Whether it’s cuddling with the two-year-old in his foster home, wrestling with adult cats, or curling up on your lap while you relax with a book or movie, Joel just wants to be part of your world. He’s happiest when he’s near you – on your bed, at your side, or in your arms.

Joel has a soft, affectionate nature and a curious streak. He loves to explore, play with other cats, and would especially enjoy a home where there’s a friendly feline playmate or a child to bond with. He’s very used to gentle toddler cuddles and would slot beautifully into a family setting.
