Meet Stella - a gentle soul with a big heart and an even bigger frame!

At just over a year old, Stella is a sweet and affectionate Irish Wolfhound who loves being close to her people-literally! She'll often lean in for a cuddle and thrives on human connection. While she can be a little reactive behind barriers (like fences), she quickly calms down with a kind voice and a tasty treat-especially since she's very food motivated and eager to please.

Stella would love a home where she's welcomed indoors as part of the family and given the chance to build confidence in new environments. She's the kind of dog who looks to her humans for reassurance and guidance, and with a gentle routine and lots of love, she'll flourish.

She's quite social and playful with other dogs but needs to be the only dog in the home. Stella would do best in a home with calm, older children, and they'll need to meet her at the time of adoption too.
