About Bailey
***WE'RE ALWAYS ON THE LOOKOUT FOR FOSTER CARERS TO HELP US OUT SO IF YOU THINK YOU CAN PROVIDE A TEMPORARY HOME FOR ONE OF OUR BEAUTIFUL CATS PLEASE LET US KNOW. THE MORE CARERS WE HAVE AVAILABLE TO LEND A HAND THE MORE CATS WE CAN HELP REHOME***
Bailey is a sweet little gentleman who absolutely adores people, adores other pets, loves cuddles and would like nothing more than a warm lap to curl up on.
Bailey was well loved by his previous owner but sadly, as much as they loved him, he wasn't not a good fit for the household. Bailey's previous owner was an elderly woman and being a young energetic cat Bailey was always under her feet. They were concerned that he may trip her over so they made the tough decision to reach out to us to find him a new home.
But he comes from as loving household and has a lot of love to give.
Bailey is one of the most affectionate cats you'll ever meet. He loves a pat and a scratch, is happy to be picked up and cuddled, loves to sit on your lap while you're watching Tv and will happily curl sup in bed with you and keep you warm.
He also loves other cats and could often be found curled up having a snooze with his foster brothers. He was even happy to curl up and have a nap with the family dog.
As long as someone is willing to give Bailey a cuddle he's happy.
As a young fella he's also still quite energetic and loves to play so a household that has plenty of time to play with him is a must. If you have another cat around Bailey's age that he can into mischief with then even better :)
If you're looking to add a second pet to your home and are looking for a cuddly ball of love then Bailey is the cat for you.
Bailey is approximately 18 months old and has been desexed, microchipped and vaccinated and is available for adoption right meow.
If you think you have the room in your heart and your home to provide this gorgeous little fella with a great life please let us know and we’ll be more than happy to arrange a time for you to meet and fall in love with him.
Located in the Melbourne CBD with our amazing foster carers.

A little about us:
Urban Feline Australia is a newly established cat rescue service, run by one passionate individual with the help of friends and volunteers, that is dedicated to keeping cats out of kill shelters and helping them find loving forever homes. We specialize in helping "surrenders" which are cats that have lived with humans previously but for one reason or another their owners are unfortunately no longer able to look after them. We take your pets into our amazing cat sanctuary where they're treated with love and affection until the right forever home is found for them.
Urban Feline Australia is not a large company with government resources, a large facility and a lot of staff. Our tiny rescue is a one man operation run from the safety of our own home. We do this for the love of animals and our only agenda is to save as many cats as we can. We rely heavily on cooperation from friends, other rescues, our amazing foster carers and the kindness of strangers to survive. Every cent we receive from donations and adoption fees is used to keep our rescue running and cover the cost of food, water, litter, equipment and vet bills for the animals in our care.
We are doing as much as we can right now but our dream is to one day be able to purchase a larger property or facility that would allow us to be able to save the lives of many more cats in need. Perhaps even open a cat cafe so that we can spread our message to a wider audience.
We have recently created a Go Fund Me towards this end so if you would like to donate towards our cause please follow the below link.
