About Nova
Energetic and full of life, Nova is a happy pup that's ready to light up your world! Her intelligence and keen awareness of her surroundings make her the perfect companion for an active home. Whether you're into agility training, enjoying park runs, or simply love an adventurous lifestyle, Nova will be right there with you every step of the way.
Nova gets along with everyone and everything. From older children to other dogs, a cat, or even a chicken, she proves to be adaptable and sociable. Hers is a world where playtime and love abound — she plays wonderfully by herself, and her excitement is contagious when engaging in games with other dogs.
Nova loves car rides, viewing them as an extension of her home, traveling quietly and showing just how well she adapts to various settings.
She's learned a lot while in foster care and is making remarkable strides in her training. As she settles into her environment, she demonstrates improved listening and is offering a calmer behavior, especially on her bed or when cuddling with her human or animal companions.
Nova would thrive in a home with a securely fenced-in yard where she has room to play and explore. Her ideal home is one where she has plenty of company, and where she is included in the adventures with from her human family members or other pets.

We are a volunteer run organisation, who have their own jobs during the day, we don't have someone manning our phones 24/7, therefore cannot respond to all inquiries immediately.
Please be patient with us, as the unpredictable nature of rescue may prevent us from clearing all enquiries regularly.

We only consider applicants that have completed our adoption application form. The fastest way to have your questions answered is to include it in the application form. This will speed up your application with us, and help us communicate with you faster.
OUR ADOPTION PROCESS
1) Email and ask for an adoption application to be sent on farmdogzrescueinc@gmail.com
2) Check your SPAM FOLDER
3) Be sure to include any questions you may have on our adoption form.
4) This form does not obligate you to adopt, it simply gives us an idea of your situation and needs.
5) If you are successfully shortlisted, one of our volunteers will contact you to organise a time for you to meet the dog in question.
6) A home visit will need to be conducted.
7) Should all go to plan, you will be welcomed to start your 2-4 week trial period immediately.
8) The adoption fee will be required to be paid at the beginning of the trial period.
9) During the first week 2 week trial period, we encourage you to follow all our instructions to ensure the dog settles into your family structure.
10) If during the trail period you should need any assistance or you decide that this dog is not for you, you MUST contact our state adoptions coordinator ASAP. (The more notice the better, to ensure we have a foster carer available.)
Please note if the decision is made for you to return the dog for you to receive your payment you will, within 10 business days of the return of the dog.
