About Gemma
🌸 Meet Gemma – The Sweetest Gentle Soul 🐾
Name: Gemma
Microchip No.: 991003003084246
Age: 1 – 2 years old
Colour: Tabby & White
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
📍 Foster Home: Bella Vista
Looking for a calm, affectionate companion who loves other cats and will happily share your space without fuss? Meet Gemma – a gentle young mum who’s left her kitten-raising days behind and is now ready to be someone’s baby herself 💕
Gemma is everything you’d want in a feline friend: affectionate, easygoing, and endlessly kind. She never bites or scratches — even when startled — and she adores both people and cats alike. She’s the kind of cat who will quietly join you in the sunshine, roll around under a blanket for fun, or walk calmly on a leash to explore the garden.
She’s also a dream to handle: happy to be picked up, travel-ready, and even content at the vet. She’s curious and playful in the gentlest ways — a sip from a running tap, a toy on a string, or time spent in a secure catio brings her so much joy.
💖 Gemma would thrive in a home with:
-Another friendly cat or two 🐈
-Loving humans who enjoy calm companionship
-A safe outdoor space or enclosed catio 🌿 or otherwise someone who can take her on harness walks
Additional Information:
✅ Desexed, vaccinated & microchipped
✅ Flea & worm treated
✅ Litter trained
✅ Great with other cats & calm dogs
✅ Gentle, affectionate & easy to handle
If you’re looking for a quiet, loving soul who just wants to be part of your world, Gemma is waiting to bring peace and joy to your home.
📩 Enquire today to meet her — she’s ready to fall in love with her forever family.

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process
Initial Contact & Questionnaire
We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
Video Tour
We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer
Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home
In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet! Adoption paperwork will follow.
Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation
Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
