About Willow STA014026
Meet Willow, a beautiful young lady with a gentle spirit waiting to grace the right home. While Willow's striking beauty is sure to catch your eye, it's her journey toward trust that truly makes her special. Having looked after herself for a considerable time, Willow is initially shy when encountering new people and environments. However, with a bit of patience and love, she’s slowly beginning to learn that she can find safety and affection with her human companions.
Willow needs a quiet, stable home without the hustle and bustle of children or the presence of canines. This serene atmosphere will allow her to let her guard down and truly become part of the family. Her new family will need to be patient and nurturing, gently guiding her along the path of building trust. Though it may take time, the rewards of seeing Willow blossom in a caring environment will be immeasurable.
With each passing day, Willow demonstrates her resilience and potential to be a devoted family member, and she’s ready to invest her trust in a loving and understanding home that she can call her own. If you're patient and have a caring nature, inviting Willow into your life will be a truly rewarding experience, as you watch her transform from cautious to content in the comfort of a loving family.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
