This sweet soul has sadly come into the shelter through no fault of his own, after his owner could no longer care for him.

As Oscar is used to a home environment, as you can imagine, he is not enjoying shelter life! He may seem a little shy at first and take a bit of time to come out of his shell, but once he does, he's an incredibly sweet and affectionate guy.

This lovely boy thrives in a calm and patient environment where he can feel safe and loved. With a little time and lots of kindness, Oscar's true personality begins to shine through: a loyal, loving companion who enjoys quiet company and gentle attention.
