About Bucky
Bucky, nicknamed Pony, is a gentle giant looking for a loving home.
He approaches everyone in a calm, friendly manner and is great with other dogs and kids over 5! However cats are not his friends and he is untested with children under 5.
This awkward and funny boy loves his toys (the squeakier the better) and short walks. He does love his zoomies, but after a short burst of energy will happily nap away.
Another favourite of Bucky’s; car rides! The sights are mesmerising and he can rest his head next to yours.
A loveable goofball, this boy would love to share his home with another dog but can also live solo if his human is home a lot. Could you be Bucky’s forever family?

Adoption details
1) Please email hello@amazinggreys.com.au to receive our adoption application form. This form helps us learn more about you, your household and work commitments.
2) Once we received your application, Amazing Greys conducts an in person home check to make sure your home is secure and suitable for a greyhound.
3) Based on the home check, our adoptions team will suggest a suitable match for you*, and a meet and greet will be arranged with the foster home
4) After the meet and greet, should you decide to proceed the greyhound will be placed on a 3 week trial with you
5) At the completion of the trial period, our $400 fee will be due and the greyhound becomes an official member of your family!
Our team will keep in touch with you throughout the process and help you to settle in your new greyhound; but you will also have lifetime support, at any point post adoption our team can assist with referrals to qualified behaviourists and also providing resources and in home consultations where required.
*Where a suitable match is not available, you may be placed onto a wait list. Please note, we do not cat test and may refer applications with small animals to organisations that are able to assist with a placement
