Hello, My name is Soda and I’d like to tell you about myself.

I am a sweet gentle girl who loves being around my humans. I am currently staying with larger humans aged 12 and up and am very well mannered with them. It took a little while to get used to having so many extra humans and noises moving about the house but now it’s the norm and doesn’t bother me. My absolute favourite thing to do is line up for a good scratch or belly rub. I don’t mind my nails being clipped or having a good brush.

I’ve been an outside dog most of my life but since coming to my foster family, I have come to realise just how much I love being inside napping the day away. Despite growing up as an outside dog, I am doing really well with toilet training and sleep all night with no accidents.

I have beautiful manners and know how to sit and wait as well as ‘no’ and ‘weewees’. I also answer to my name really well. I will ever so politely request that you keep patting me should you pause, by presenting my paw on yours to drag it back into patting position where it belongs.

I am currently staying with another female dog who I get along with really well. I am a submissive girl. I would love a playmate play with to help with my confidence and show me the way but my foster mum says I would be content being your one and only as well.

In true beagle fashion, I like to sniff every leaf and pebble on my walks, so a nice patient stroll while I explore the world is wonderful.

I would prefer to have a family/human who is home more often than not as I love being with my family.
