Hey there, I'm Hunter - your loyal shadow and playtime buddy in waiting. 🐾

I'm a sweet-natured boy with a soft heart and a curious nose. I love a gentle pat and will gladly lean in for some affection, but I'm just as happy sitting quietly by your side, keeping you company with my calm presence. I don't need to be the centre of attention - I just want to be there with you.

True to my husky roots, I've got a bit of an adventurous spirit. I adore exploring the yard, taking in every scent, sound and sight like it's a brand-new discovery. Toys? Yes, please! Balls, squeakers, tug ropes - you name it, I'll play with it. I'm a bit of a goofball when I get going, and it's sure to put a smile on your face.

I walk beautifully on the lead and already know how to sit - I'm clever and keen to listen, especially when we've built trust. I can be a little picky with my food (typical husky things), but with the right routine and a little patience, I'll settle in just fine.

Because of my history, I'll need secure 6ft fencing to keep me safe and sound. What I really want is to be included - in your life, in your home, in your family routines. I love to be inside with my humans, resting at your feet or keeping an eye on the household from my favourite comfy spot.

I've previously lived with children, and I'd be happy to again - though I can get a bit bouncy when I'm excited, so kids over 5 would be best. I could also go home with a calm, social female dog (especially another husky!) who understands doggy manners and can help me feel secure.

Husky experience would be awesome, but what matters most is that my new family has time, love, and a willingness to truly include me in their everyday life.
