About Ara
Ara is a friendly cat who thrives off of attention!
Ara did not have the best of luck until she found Robyn's Nest Animal Rescue where she has really come out of her shell.
Ara thought she had everything when she had a home and a family, however the family she once loved surrendered her to a local pound as Ara was too friendly! Ara then spent some time in the local pound with her friend Brad awaiting a new home and family to choose her to adopt. Unfortunately, whilst in the pound it was decided they were both better on death row. Robyn's Nest came to the RESCUE and took these frail little ones under their wing!
Ara has gained weight and become one of the friendliest little explorers we have ever seen!
Ara loves to spend her day playing in toy tunnels, boxes, and with other animals and children. In the evening her favorite past time is to snuggle up with the dog on the sofa!
Ara is great with children of all ages, dogs and cats. She has spent time in an outdoor enclosure as well as in the home and is fully litter trained.
Ara is situated in Sulky, near Ballarat
Medical notes
At a recent vet visit it was discovered that Ara may have a heart murmur. Ara has undergone a chest xray and ultrasound where all structures appeared normal. Ara currently has no symptoms, and this is purely an incidental finding.
