Meet Bobby - a big hearted and gentle natured Kelpie-cross, looking for a forever home to continue building his trust after spending a few tough years being caged and outside. Once he knows you're his person, this big, affectionate boy will nuzzle in and sit by your side, and will look for you to "hold his hand" (or paw!) to show him the big wide world of a trusting home.

Bobby has been a fast learner, quickly getting the hang of toilet training and learning key commands like "bed" or "mat" and sit (provided there's nothing too exciting to distract him!). He's beginning to master the game of fetch too with the help of his foster brother!

He's forming strong bonds, so he might miss you when you leave, so he'd be best suited for someone home more often than
not, and would be happy to have a canine companion to hang out with while you're away.

He's at his full-size now, despite his big paws suggesting a bigger breed in his mix. He can be very affectionate, so he may need to keep going with his learning to keep "four paws on the floor" while meeting new people - otherwise, you'll be expecting full-body hugs! He has been extremely happy to meet every human and dog he's come across, no matter age, size or gender.

Bobby's ideal home would be with someone who can provide PLENTY of daily exercise, consistent structure and routine, and preferably a canine companion to hang out with during the day. If you're ready for a loyal, affectionate, and energetic companion, Bobby is waiting for you!
