Looking for a little ray of sunshine? Meet Sandy – a pint-sized sweetheart with a whole lot of love to give.

Sandy is a young, small-breed pup who's full of personality. She’s at that fun age where everything is an adventure – exploring the world, learning new things, and soaking up affection from her foster family.

This little girl is growing into a wonderful companion, and thanks to being in foster care, we’re getting to know her likes, dislikes, and quirks. She's smart, responsive, and enjoys being part of the family.

Sandy would love a home that can offer her time, patience, and gentle guidance as she continues to blossom. She's young and adaptable, so we’re open to a variety of home types – what matters most is a caring environment and a commitment to her wellbeing.

SAFE doesn’t have a shelter you can visit, but Sandy can be easily met through a submitting an adoption application and we can arranged meet and greet. Because she’s living with a loving foster family, we can help ensure her future home is a great match.

I CAN FLY TO PERTH!

Flying for a few hours is very important for animals in remote locations because it gives us the opportunity to be adopted. Talk to SAFE about flying me to Perth.

4 THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE APPLYING:

1. Time Commitment: Owning a dog is a big responsibility and requires a significant commitment of time and energy. Be sure to consider how much time you can realistically dedicate to caring for a dog and make sure you are prepared to make that commitment.

2. Cost: Owning a dog can be expensive. Make sure to consider the cost of food, medical care, toys, and other supplies. You may also want to think about enrolling your dog in obedience classes or hiring a professional dog walker.

3. Space: Depending on the breed, some dogs require a lot of space. Make sure you have enough room in your home and yard to accommodate a dog before making the decision to adopt.

4. Lifestyle: Think about your current lifestyle and how a dog may fit into it. Consider if you have any restrictions such as travel, work hours, or allergies. Also, think about how owning a dog may affect your social life.

NOTES:
Adoption fee includes vet check, first vaccination*, flea and worm treatment, microchipping and sterilisation at a SAFE approved vet at 6 months of age.

*Puppies and dogs may require further vaccination(s) to complete the full vaccination course. This will be at the cost of the new owner and is not included in the adoption fee.
