Princess came into care with KKR as a scared, pregnant mumma — quiet, unsure, and carrying new life inside her. Despite her fear, she showed incredible strength and grace, bringing four beautiful ginger kittens into the world. She raised them with love, patience, and devotion, asking for nothing in return.
Now that her babies have all found their forever homes, it’s finally Princess’s turn.
She’s a gentle, shy soul, with eyes full of wonder and a heart still learning how to trust. Loud noises and sudden movements can scare her, and she isn’t fond of being picked up — but once she feels safe, Princess will quietly come to you, seeking soft pats and belly rubs from the person she’s learned to love.
Princess isn’t looking for a busy home. She needs a calm, quiet space with no children, no dogs, and people who understand that building trust takes time. She’s cat-selective, so if there are other feline companions, a slow and gentle introduction is best.
All she needs is someone with a soft heart and the patience to let her come out of her shell — because once she does, you’ll see just how special she really is.

Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process:
-Initial Contact & Questionnaire. We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
-Video Tour. We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
-Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer. Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
-Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home. In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (an adoption fee is payable). Adoption paperwork will follow.
-Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation. Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
-All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
Adoption fees:
-Kittens: $350
-Cats 1 - 3 Years: $275
-Cats 3 Years+: $200
All adoptions will also carry a lifetime registration/admin fee of $50 on top of the above adoption price.
