Hi I'm Siri! Let me tell you a little bit about my life so far! When I first came into shelter I was quite afraid of everyone and everything, I hadn't been given the best start to life. BUT lucky for me I had some amazing shelter staff that helped me feel safe and loved, with time and patience and especially lots of treats! I was able to be given a second chance. I can still be scared by new people and new environments sometimes, which is why I need someone to help me feel confident and safe all the time ! I really love affection and especially neck scratches those are my favourite! Sometimes I can be full of so many emotions at once I get a little stressed out and will need someone there to help me feel things appropriately. Because of my huge desire for cuddles I would like to be a part of a family that are home more often than not so I don't feel alone again, as for children I would be best suited on the older side as the little ones would overwhelm me too much, i do like other dogs and I think a calm older sibling would be great to teach me the ropes! I'm a kelpie which means I'm actually quite intelligent! I would really appreciate someone who can dedicate time and patience towards my training and development, there's so much potential for a young pup like me!
