About Bella
Foster home or adoption needed.
Bella requires the following in her new home:
* A home with space to stretch her legs – large yard or rural property preferred
* A family/owner committed to raising a working breed puppy
* Ongoing obedience training (classes recommended)
* Another friendly, male desexed dog to play with, (not senior or puppy)
* A home where she’ll sleep inside and be part of the family
* Someone who sees the brilliance in her breed/working-dog mind and wants to help it shine
Bright, Bouncy, and Brilliant – Meet Bella!
Bella is a young cattle dog mix with all the energy, smarts and loyalty you'd expect from the breed. At a young age, she’s already stealing hearts with her playful personality, sweet nature, and her eagerness to learn.
She’s crate trained, toilet trained, walks well on lead, and already knows how to sit and wait for her release word (“free!”). She’s social with other dogs and shows a natural 'submissiveness' towards the older dogs in her foster home, making her a breeze to raise in a multi-dog household. Being a spirited puppy, she does like to test the boundaries with some of the dogs she meets, but a quick reminder to be respectful of their space is all she needs to settle down and redirect her playful energy elsewhere.
Bella is full of beans and absolutely adores her people. Whether she’s running around doing zoomies in the paddock, performing spontaneous “parkour” off of trees or other dogs, or soaking up pats and cuddles from her humans, she *literally* throws herself into everything she does with that typical cattle dog enthusiasm.
Bella would thrive in an active household – ideally with another playful, desexed dog, a large backyard, or better yet, a property on acreage.
With her athleticism and drive, she has loads of potential as an agility or trick dog. Paired with her trainability, food drive and love of learning, the sky’s the limit for what she can do in the right home and with the right guidance.
If you're looking for a sweet, smart, and spirited young dog to be your new adventure buddy or training partner, Bella might just be the one for you.

Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
