About Lexa
*In foster care in Balgowlah, Sydney*
Lovely Lexa is a tiny bundle of curiosity wrapped in soft fur and snuggles! Her party trick (or rather, parrot trick) is sitting on her foster mum's shoulder, watching whatever sport or TV show is on her laptop. She even tries to grab the people on the screen!
Once Lexa feels at home, get ready for playful pounces, loud purrs and loads of cosy companionship on the couch! This darling girl can't wait to share a lifetime of love and cuddles with her special new person or family :)
Like all Maggie's pets, Lexa is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: A place on the quieter side would be best for me, with humans who'll let me settle in at my own pace without pressure. If you’re patient and kind, I’ll soon be your little shadow!
A home with gentle, loving children to play with would be just fine. I might even enjoy having another calm furry friend, given the time to get used to them and their different smells.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I bring calm vibes on the whole, but I like to squeeze at least a few good games with my siblings or my favourite pom pom toy into each day. Once they're done, it's off to my cat tower for a long snooze in the sun at the very top!
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Kids who'll play with me but also respect my space would be wonderful companions, I think. Given time and love I see myself becoming a big snuggle bunny!
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: I love my kitten siblings, and the resident cats and dogs in my foster home are very interesting! - but sometimes the hectic energy can be a bit much. A calm, gentle and friendly furry friend would be best for me to build my confidence.

Adoption details
We ask all people looking to adopt to fill in our adoption enquiry form at https://form.jotform.co/92940837256870. Please use this link rather than the 'Enquire' button on the pet's PetRescue profile to streamline your enquiry.
Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
