About Will
Will is only small at the moment but may grow to a medium size dog. We cannot guarantee this as we dont know his breeding.
Meet Will, an adorable Staffy mix puppy whose boundless energy and endearing personality are sure to bring joy to any household. At just around 12 weeks old, Will has a world of potential and a lifetime of companionship to offer his new family. This outgoing little man has quickly mastered the art of charming everyone he meets, with his love for treats and people acting as his secret weapon.
Will is a fast learner, eager to please, and ready to embark on his journey of training and exploration. While he's still getting the hang of lead training and perfecting his recall, his intelligence shines brightly, making him an excellent candidate for obedience training. Patience, guidance, and consistency will help Will blossom into the wonderfully behaved dog he's destined to be. He's a fantastic choice for families who appreciate a lively pup with a zest for life and a willingness to learn.
In terms of socialization, Will does well with some dogs and appears to get along with cats, although it's important to note that the cats at the shelter don't run—so he hasn't been tested with those who might be more timid. A little care in introducing Will to potential furry friends will go a long way in ensuring happy relationships all around. As for humans, Will's heart is wide open, and he craves interaction and affection. His youthful enthusiasm might sometimes lead him to nip during playtime, but with proper training and gentle redirection, he'll soon learn the ropes of gentle behavior.
If you're searching for a vibrant and loving puppy to join your family, Will is ready to bring laughter, tail wags, and countless memorable moments into your home. With the right guidance and training, he'll grow into a loyal and devoted companion, enriching your life in countless ways.
Medical notes
Will has flaky skin and is recommended shampoo.
Will has since been back to the vet and given the all clear to go to his new home.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
