š¾ Personality: Homer is a beautiful, affectionate boy who adores his people and just wants to be close to them. He loves snuggles & belly rubs. He LOVES the company of other dogs. Homer has a wonderfully playful and intelligent nature. After a fun day of walks, training & play, he knows how to wind down and settles well in his crate overnight. Homer can be timid when meeting new people but warms to them within 5-10 mins with slow introductions.
š Training: Homer is a smart cookie whoās already mastered sit, flat (down), and paw, and heās working hard on stay with great progress every day. Heās still learning how to walk confidently on a lead. He travels beautifully in the car and is relaxed and calm during rides. His ideal family will be patient, understanding, and committed to continuing his training journey.
š Perfect Home: Homer needs a home with a confident, playful dog companion to help him build confidence and share in some fun. Homer will do best in a home on land away from suburbia. Homer is looking for a loving, stable home where heāll be gently supported, given the space to run, and included as a cherished part of the family. With the right people by his side, Homer will blossom into a loyal & loving companion.

~As a working breed I will need lots of training, exercise & mental stimulation. How to do plan to meet those needs?
~ Have you done any training with other dogs? If so what training have you and your previous/current dog completed?
~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits, can you guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?

~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas will be required.
~Written agreement is required by your landlord/real estate for rental properties. A rates notice is required for homeowners.
~A vet reference may be required.
