About Milo
Meet Milo, our gorgeous and friendly pup who is eager to become the beloved member of a caring family! With his playful personality and gentle nature, Milo is the whole package for those looking for a sweet and loveable canine companion.
Milo thrives when he's part of family activities, delighting in being in the mix of daily life. He is incredibly affectionate and loves nothing more than snuggling up in blankets on the couch or sharing your bed for a cozy night's sleep. Despite being on the smaller side for his breed, his heart is big, and he's sure to fill your home with love and laughter.
Having completed puppy school, Milo is not just a pretty face; he is also a fast learner. Milo would benefit from a family that is keen to continue his training journey, as his intelligence shines when given the opportunity to learn new tricks and skills. His food motivation makes the process a fun and rewarding experience.
Milo has grown up in a home with kids, a dog and some cats. He enjoys chasing the cats in fun, so would need some extra training to help him be more relaxed around them.
If you're on the hunt for a loyal companion who will enjoy every moment spent with you, look no further than Milo. He’s ready to bring joy, warmth, and a wagging tail to every moment spent together.
Medical notes
Milo gets car sick and takes medication to ease this.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
