Hello, I'm Penelope - a gentle little soul with a heart full of potential. I spent some time in a foster home where I practiced my confidence skills, and I even shared my space with a dog! I did really well, which shows I've got a brave side tucked inside me.

At first, I can be a little shy when meeting new people or settling into a new environment, but once I feel safe, my sweet and affectionate nature begins to shine through. With a bit of patience and lots of love, you'll see me blossom into a loyal and loving companion.

I've been waiting for my forever home for over 200 days now...That's a long time for a good pet like me, but I'm still hopeful! Because I've been here so long, there's no set adoption fee - you can take me home with a donation of your choice. What matters most is finding a supportive family!
