Jake * Only $50*

Jake is an 11 month old border collie x staffy and a happy little moppet. He's wonderful with children, cats, and other dogs. Jake's mother was a staffy. She was brought into my work at a vet's with her litter of pups. All of the other pups looked like pure black and white border collies so the assumption is of course that dad was a border collie. Jake's mother has a lovely temperament. She is an incredibly, gentle loving staffy who now lives happily in the central coast. All the other pups found homes and i adopted jake. . . . I have 3 other dogs, including an old dog, and they all eat together and play crazy together. I also have 2 cats. Jake will chase one of my cats and sleeps with the other. . . . I have a 5 yr old son, a 3 yr old son who is deaf, vision impaired and has cerebral palsy and a 7 month old daughter and jake is great with all of them especially my special needs son. . . . I also have an aviary and jake has jumped at the aviary when they scream at him but he has never shown any interest in the wild birds in the yard. . . . Jake has been living outside with the other dogs but when inside he has been fine. He is not fully toilet trained for inside the house because he's not inside much, but he is incredibly smart and responsive so he'll be no trouble to fully train very quickly. He will also do great at puppy or dog training classes because he is a very smart breed and eager to please. . . . Due to my job and one of my children being so highly dependant i am really struggling to give jake any time at all. Soon my special needs son is going into hospital in sydney for major surgery and my husband won't be able to cope at home, so i reluctantly need to find a new home for jake. . . . To sum up, jake is friendly, loving, intelligent, and good with kids and other animals. He is a young, playful and energetic boy who needs good, high fences and a daily walk and playtime. Another doggy companion would be nice. He really is an amazing pup and i would love to see him cared for the way he deserves. Our dear boy will make some family or individual an amazing companion. . . . Jake is fully vaccinated, desexed, microchipped, dewormed. We are only asking for a small donation to for him. We will be careful about where he goes and will do a property check.
