Meet Twizzle is a two-year-old Mini Dachshund with a heart full of love and a nose for cuddles. This little guy is the definition of a snugglebug—if you're sitting down, he’s already curled up beside you, ready to soak up all the affection he can get. Twizzle is a polite and well-mannered little gentleman who will wiggle his way into your heart
Twizzle loves doing zoomies and enjoys a good game of fetch (not that he always brings it back and he loves having little play fights with you and is very gentle when doing this.
Twizzle lives for food—especially treats—and he’ll do just about anything for a tasty snack. He loves his Kibble with a little bit of wet on top for dinner.
Twizzle is fully toilet trained and Bath time isn’t exactly his favorite activity, but he handles it with patience (and maybe just a little bit of side-eye)
He loves playing with other dogs and having a great game of chase BUT we have found he very much DISLIKES sharing his human ( typical Dashy lol ) so we are seeking a dog free home so he can have his humans all to himself. Please bare in mind he does love to play with others so playdates would be great for him with dogs that are not too big that will bowl him over lol
Twizzle is a typical Dash who takes a few minutes to warm up but once he does he is your friend and loyal companion for life. Twizzle does NOT like children of ANY age so we are not seeking a home for him that have children in the home or that visit as her will not become their friend AT all !
Out on walks, he’s a joy to have on the lead, trotting along happily and soaking in the world around him. As his breed goes he loves to turn into a sleuth detective and find all those great scents with that long super sleuth nose .
Twizzle is currently crate trained, but would love nothing better than to snuggle up to you in your bed which he loves to do
Whether you're looking for a cuddle buddy, a walking partner, or just a little shadow to follow you around the house, Twizzle is ready to be by your side. He’s sweet, silly, and so full of love—just waiting for the perfect home to call his own.
Adoption Criteria
A Backyard with at least a small area of grass, shelter and secure fencing.
A home with no children AT all
Twizzle needs to be an indoor/ outdoor boy and be treated as a part of his new family
A home that will take him out on a daily stroll as he loves it so very much
A home that is not full of stairs as this is not good for this breed
