About Pidge and Purse
Pidge and Coin Purse: A sweet bonded duo with big hearts and even bigger personalities💘
Pidge came into a home as a tiny, injured baby about a year ago. With the love and care of a devoted human, he made a full recovery and blossomed into a healthy, happy bird. A DNA test once told us Pidge was a girl, but he had other ideas and loved showing off his.. masculinity. 😂 DNA tests, especially ones from feathers can be wrong sometimes... and Pidge is living proof!
Coin Purse has a story of her own too. We picked her up with a broken wing, she worked her way through bird physiotherapy and regained full flight. And when she met Pidge, it was love at first sight!
Sadly, due to changes in their owner's life, these two lovebirds are back in our care. They’re sweet, affectionate, and totally devoted to one another. These two would love to find a home to continue their antics in!
Medical notes
Both had bone fractures - watch out for signs of inflammation/irritation.
